What is commission advancement?

How much of my advance can I receive?
We will advance up to 80% of your eligible commission (exclusive of HST).
Who is eligible to apply?
Licensed Realtors with a firm sale agreement may qualify.
How quickly can I receive funds?
After approval and document review, funds are typically advanced within 24 hours.
When can I request an advance?
You may request an advance as soon as your deal becomes firm and all conditions are met.
Are there any fees involved?
There is a discount fee for the advanced commission, the amount varies depending on how much of an advance you are requesting.
How is repayment handled?
Repayment is automatically handed upon closing. Your brokerage will remit your advanced commssion directly to us - so nothing to worry about!
What if my deal gets extended?
Notify your brokerage and us immediately so we can prepare an ammendment to your advance (subject to additional fees)
